Naloj is my independent practice. I am Jolan Owang, a custom software and business systems developer based in the Philippines, working with clients here and abroad.
How I work
I am the person you talk to and the person who builds. I do not position this as a large agency or as cheap offshore capacity. Projects start with the current workflow, then a written proposal and agreement.

- Philippines — commercial sites and a government information portal for NACC
