Akoze Den
A property-specific stay website — galleries, amenities, and a reservation path — rather than a generic hotel template or an unmodified booking-engine theme.
Project overview
A Kōzē Den is presented as a private stay in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila: a Japanese-minimalist den with multiple bedrooms, a photo-heavy listing, and a short path to check availability and reserve dates.
Client / business context
A single-property (or small-inventory) stay business. Off-the-shelf hotel or Airbnb-only presence often cannot carry the brand or a tailored booking path.
Country / market
Philippines (Metro Manila).
Problem
Standard lodging platforms do not always match the way a specific property wants to present rooms, amenities, and reservation steps.
Solution
A custom public site with:
- Featured stay presentation and photo galleries
- Amenity and occupancy details (guest count, bedrooms, city-stay features)
- A call to check availability and reserve dates
Earlier marketing copy on this portfolio called this an “e-commerce platform” with an “optimized checkout.” I am not repeating that unless a full commerce checkout is confirmed. What is verified is a specialized stay-booking website.
What I personally contributed
I built the public website for the property. Brand-identity work was listed on a previous version of this site; confirm whether logo and identity were in scope before treating them as a primary deliverable.
Key functionality (verified from the live site)
- Stay listing and storytelling
- Photo galleries
- Availability / reserve-dates path
Technologies
Not listed until confirmed.
Results
No occupancy or revenue metrics are claimed.
